違う論文のセクションの注記で、他で「同じことが書かれている」という、単なる相互参照ではないですか。
注記は、セクション本文の付け足し説明だから、同じセクションでなく他での付け足しの注記を並べても、説明として文の階層が深くならないよ。

それにRemark 3.3.1(i)の注記は、
　＞大まかに言えば、基礎の公理に違反することなく「∈ ループをシミュレートする」こと（が可能）です。
は要約にすぎず、その後の説明で Remark 3.3.1(ii)(iii)につながり、「大まか」ではない説明が続いていますね。
