lol, I tried making a 4chan thread earlier, but couldn't for some reason. My IP address had made a thread too soon?

Anyway, 4channers usually flock to other English-speaking chans, like 7chan, but 7chan is going through changes.

Some even go to foreign chans like Russian or Japanese ones.

As for when 4chan will be back, I am not sure. I'd like to know myself.

4chan is down because of DDoS attack by people who take the internet too seriously.

Older 4chan users go to iichan. Newer ones go to 7chan or 420chan.

Chances are they've already stopped the attack on 4chan, but moot is extremely lazy.
Usually when this happens he calls up the data center and tells them to pull the plug.
Then goes out and does other things, and eventually gets around to calling them up to put them back online.

You cannot post on 4chan from Japan. Instead, you have to use a proxy. To get a proxy, use Google, and search "web proxy." Many proxies are banned for being proxies, or for posting child pornography, but a substantial number of them are not.
