生活保護のしおりにも、生活保護手帳にも生活保護を受けてるとセカンドオピニオン出来ないとか、転院出来ないとか書いてないでしょ？
生活保護を受けていようがいまいが医療機関選択の自由は保証されてるし、自分にとってより良い医療機関にかかった方が自立助長の精神にも相応しいわけだからな。
