Americans died while the Japanese gang memebers got liver transplants. Now the Japanese criminals are free and very healthy to continue killing their fellow countrymen and destroying the Japanese society. I think the reason for the death of the American citizens and the stealing of taxpayer money will be found in Busuttil's personal bank account. What a dope!

Officers Terrence Duren, a former Marine and 18-year veteran of the UCLA Police Department, tasered Tabatabainejad multiple times. The 2001 UCLA Officer of the Year,[8] Duren has been the subject of other use-of-force complaints and previously recommended for dismissal.[9] In an October 2003 incident, Duren shot and wounded a homeless man in a University building, a case that went to trial. In May 1990, Duren was accused of using his nightstick to choke Kent S. Scott, who was idling in front of a fraternity late on a Saturday night. Scott sued and the university moved to have Duren removed from the force, but later gave him 90 days’ suspension.[9] Duren has stated all of the past allegations against him regarding police misconduct and use of excessive force were investigated by the UCPD and proven false.[10] (The homeless man was convicted of assaulting an officer.[9]) Prior to joining the UCPD in the late 1980s, Duren was fired from the Long Beach Police Department.[9] Following the Tasering incident, Duren remained on active duty.
Also on the scene were Officers Alexis Bicomong, Kevin Kilgore, and Andrew Ikeda
11:22:33ID:BF1YYFX+ UCLA accused of illegal admissions practices
A professor resigns as an admissions committee member, saying the university is factoring race into acceptance decisions, a violation of state law.
By Seema Mehta, Los Angeles Times Staff Writer August 30, 2008
Arguing that UCLA admissions policies are being manipulated to circumvent the state's ban on consideration of applicants' race, a professor there has resigned from a faculty committee that he says refused to allow him to study the matter.
Political science professor Tim Groseclose resigned Thursday from the Committee on Undergraduate Admissions and Relations with Schools, saying high-ranking university administrators and fellow committee members are engaged in a "coverup" to block illegal activity from being discovered.

By Richard Winton, Evelyn Larrubia and Kimi Yoshino, Los Angeles Times Staff Writers October 7, 2008 Karthik Rajaram had fallen hard.
The 45-year-old Porter Ranch financial manager who once made more than $1.2 million in a London-based venture fund had lost his job. His luck playing the stock market ran out. . When police entered the home in the gated, Spanish-style community, they first found the gunman's mother-in-law, Indra Ramasesham, 69, dead in a downstairs bedroom. His wife and three sons -- Krishna, 19, a sophomore at UCLA majoring in business economics; Ganesha, 12; and Arjuna, 7, all named after Indian gods and warriors -- were discovered in various upstairs bedrooms, all shot in the head, some with multiple gunshot wounds. . Karthik Rajaram, who held an MBA from UCLA, was a hard-driving businessman. He was involved in several financial ventures. Between his home sale and another lucrative investment, he should have had a pile of cash. .
