”The Jury Is Out”

If you say that the jury is out or that the jury is still out on a particular subject,

"Lean into it"

俺もずいぶん長い間、ポジティブな表現だと勘違いしていた。日本語で言う「器用貧乏」と言う意味に近いんだが、器用貧乏とは日本人が自分を謙遜して使うことがあるが、この英語表現も親しい間柄の人同士だったら自分を揶揄する為に使う事もある。
親しくない人に使うと失礼だから要注意だ。

どうしても綺麗な発音が出来なかった単語がこれ。
本当に苦労したのと同時に、
英語の発音は絶対にカタカナで覚えてはいけないと言う事が嫌と言うほど身をもって理解させられた単語。
