■日本の陸上自衛隊が「復興支援」を名目に駐留を続けるイラク南部サマワの公立幼稚園を、トルコの通信社が取材した際の映像

園長のイスマイルさんは語る「この幼稚園には80人の園児がいますが、あまりに寒すぎて、父兄は子供たちを毎日、通園させることができません」
「そのうえ給食も提供できないため、園児は各自、食べ物を持参しています。ここでは、あらゆる物資が不足していますが、
一部の援助団体を除き、我々に対する支援はありません。オランダ軍も日本の自衛隊員も我々の幼稚園に対して援助の手を差し伸べてはくれません」
Headmaster Basime Ismail said, "We have 80 pupils in here. Parents do not send their children every day because it is too cold.
We cannot also provide food for kids. They all have bring it from the home. We are in deep needs for many things.
No aid agency, apart from "Save Children Assosiation" sent us aid. Neither Dutch nor Japanese troops contributed aid for us."
