マレーシアのリム・グアンエン財務相は14日、資本市場とサービスに関する新たな法令を1月15日から発効すると発表。
新たな規制では、マレーシアで未承認のイニシャル・コイン・オファリング（ICO）もしくはデジタル資産の取引を行った人物に対しては、懲役10年と1000万リンギ（約240万ドル）の罰金を科す。
