早稲田大学の小保方氏の学位認定と、その後の CDB の STAP 細胞の論文取り 下げ
事件は直結しております。本学位論文が、その内容に限らずその後の波及 効果も含めて、
今までに取りさげられた学位論文の中でも最悪のレベルに位置 することは明白であります。
その学位を認可するという今回の早稲田大学の調 査結果は、(少なくとも日本における)PhD
の価値および大学院教育の意義を完 全に否定するものとなります。これは、先進国に
おいてあり得ない事態といえ ます。

“Fig.5A shows protein-protein interaction using yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) method.
The pictures of two different transfectants are identical (left top, red color) and a triplet (left bottom) has
very similar colony form to other genotype in different condition (blue).
Y2H colonies can be replicated using membrane but in these experiments similar colonies are not
those having the same bait/prey combination. “
